
Susan Jacks, a Canadian singer-songwriter, died at the age of 73 after a long battle with kidney disease.
On June 27, 2010, Jacks was inducted into the BC Entertainment Hall of Fame. Her album Dream was re-released in 2015 after being withdrawn from the market abruptly in 1976.
Jacks was admitted to the hospital in 2016 due to life-threatening complications from kidney failure.
